Billing starts when onboarding is done
Recurring charges begin when the last workstream closes and every contracted service is verified as delivered. Not at signature.

Documentation you own
Network, asset and credential documentation is maintained in a vault you can access. Leaving TSR should never mean losing your own passwords.
