IT stack assessment
A 123-point review of your technology, from servers to spend, that tells you what to fix, what to keep and what to stop paying for.
What changes for you
You know where the bottlenecks are
Slow systems, single points of failure and the workarounds your staff live with, listed and ranked.
You know what an attacker would find first
Security weaknesses across the stack, each with a recommendation you can act on.
You stop paying for things twice
Redundant systems and licences called out, with the consolidation that saves money.
A roadmap, not just a report
Recommendations ordered against your business goals and your compliance obligations, including the upgrades that keep you competitive.

How it works
From the first call to steady state.

- 2
Analysis
Engineers analyse performance, security and efficiency against the 123-point checklist.
- 3
Recommendations
You get the report and roadmap in a walkthrough call: plain language for the owner, enough detail for whoever runs IT.
- 4

Questions we get asked
Is this a penetration test?
No. The assessment reviews configuration, coverage and practice across your whole stack. A pentest actively attacks it. The assessment usually tells you whether you need one.
Do I have to buy anything afterwards?
No. The report and roadmap are yours to act on with anyone. Implementation help is optional and quoted separately.
Is it included in the packages?
Yes. Every package includes the 123-point assessment annually as part of its strategic review. On its own, it suits businesses that are not TSR clients yet or are choosing a provider.
What do I need to prepare?
Access to the environment, time with whoever runs IT today, and a conversation with leadership about where the business is going.
Who is it for?
Small and mid-size businesses that want to make technology decisions on evidence rather than on whichever vendor called last.
