Private cloud hosting
Dedicated virtual servers on hardware nobody else shares, sized to your workloads and managed by TSR.
What changes for you
Your servers keep their speed
CPU, RAM and storage are reserved for you, so a busy neighbour cannot slow your line-of-business apps.
One hardware failure does not stop the business
Redundant hosts and storage with automatic failover keep your virtual machines running when a component dies.
A boundary auditors can see
A dedicated firewall and your own VLANs give HIPAA, PCI DSS and SOX reviews a clear line around your data.
Capacity that grows on request
Add cores, memory or storage when a project needs them, without buying and racking a new server.
What's included
- Dedicated vCPU, RAM and storage reserved for your virtual machines
- Choice of storage tier: HDD, SSD, NVMe or a mix per workload
- Your choice of hypervisor: VMware, Hyper-V or KVM
- Dedicated firewall and the number of VLANs your network design needs
- Network connectivity at 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps or 10 Gbps
- Redundant hosts and storage with automatic failover
- Optional backup, disaster recovery and load balancing
- Optional 24×7 monitoring and full management of the virtual machines
- Sizing built for HIPAA, PCI DSS or SOX requirements where they apply
How it works
From the first call to steady state.
- 1
Size it
You tell us the cores, memory, storage, VM count and bandwidth you need; we check the numbers against what your applications actually use.
- 2
Design
We agree the hypervisor, storage tiers, VLANs, firewall rules and which options (backup, DR, monitoring) are in scope, then quote it.
- 3
Build and move
TSR builds the environment, migrates your servers on a schedule you approve, and tests failover before go-live.
- 4
Run
Your VMs run on reserved hardware; if you chose managed services, TSR patches, monitors and supports them from then on.

Questions we get asked
How is this different from public cloud?
Your virtual machines run on hardware reserved for you, with fixed performance and a predictable monthly cost, rather than shared tenancy billed by the hour.
Which virtualization platforms do you support?
VMware, Hyper-V and KVM. If you already run one of them, we keep it so your team and tooling carry over.
Can I get backup and disaster recovery with it?
Yes. Backup, disaster recovery, a load balancer, 24×7 monitoring and full management are optional add-ons, quoted alongside the base environment.
How fast can you stand it up?
It depends on size and migration complexity. Tell us whether you need it immediately or within one, three or six months and we plan to that.
Does private cloud cover my compliance obligations on its own?
No. It gives you dedicated infrastructure, a firewall and network separation that HIPAA, PCI DSS and SOX audits look for; policies, access controls and evidence are still yours to run, with our help if you want it.
