Business VoIP
A cloud phone system with auto-attendant, call routing, voicemail-to-email and video meetings, sized to your users and locations.
What changes for you
Callers reach the right person first time
An auto-attendant and call routing send calls where they should go, across every office, without a receptionist relaying them.
Messages do not sit on a desk phone
Voicemail arrives in email, so your team hears it from wherever they are working.
One system for calls and meetings
Video meetings with screen sharing run on the same platform as your phones, with no second vendor to manage.
Conversations stay private
Calls and meetings are encrypted end to end.

How it works
From the first call to steady state.
- 1
Count
You tell us how many users and locations you have and anything unusual, such as call queues or paging.
- 2
Quote
We quote the system, handsets if you want them, and setup, then walk you through the call flow before anything is ordered.
- 3
Set up
TSR configures the auto-attendant, routing, voicemail-to-email and video, and coordinates the switch from your current provider.
- 4
Support
Adds, moves and changes go through the TSR help desk, and the system is monitored with the rest of your IT.

Questions we get asked
Can we keep our phone numbers?
We coordinate the move from your current provider as part of setup. Tell us the numbers you use and we plan the switch around them.
Does it work across more than one office?
Yes. Users and call routing span every location, and remote staff use the same system from a laptop or mobile app.
Do we need new handsets?
Not necessarily. Many businesses use softphones on computers and mobiles. Desk phones are quoted only if you want them.
What does the quote depend on?
Mainly the number of users and locations, plus any extra requirements you give us such as queues, recording or meeting capacity.
